Lava Elemental Salamander

Thought to be a legend made up by deeprock Dwarven miners through Delvdor and Sharprahk, thanks to the Rupture, it seems the average citizen is now aware that Lava Salamanders are entirely real. Though investigations by the World Explorers & Hunters League into the creatures only drew eye witness accounts, and its scholars and zoologists were unable to proceed safely into the deep lava-imbued biomes the creatures allegedly called home. Only now with the advent of the rupture are layfolk able to take first record of them, though unfortunately only a few have lived to tell the tale so far, and all of them have told a tale of death and fear. For in horror they all watched as the creatures would spit molten rock at any unfortunate enough to catch their gaze, their body instantly eviscerated by the superheated rock and set ablaze. Now they have begun making their homes in the various honeycomb network of tunnels that surround Delvdor, many of which are beginning to quickly fill with lava due to the presence of the beasts. Some worry that if they are not culled or sent back to the fiery depths they arose from, they could flood the very city of Delvdor itself in a sea of lava, given enough time. This giant "mini" is a 32 mm scale with a 75 mm custom Base. All minis are sold unpainted (grey) and may be unassembled from the base (which actually makes painting much easier!)
